My approach to running and debriefing assessments

People cannot decide to change and grow what they have no awareness of. Over a Zoom/Teams meeting or ideally face to face, the DiSC debrief session explores in an open and frank conversation what the team member’s current strengths and growth areas are, and shines a light of awareness so they can take back full control of their desired outcomes. During the 45-minute session, each person goes on their own journey and comes away with an actionable plan.
