Trevor Coltham – My Story
As an experienced business growth consultant, trainer, facilitator and transformational coach I have decades of varied business experience. Drawing on my professional skills in sales and marketing, coaching, software enablement and a deep understanding of how people tick. I have helped companies reach their potential in three continents and I currently partner with organisations to:
- understand their current limitations through sales, EI and DISC assessments
- develop awareness and replace the limiting mindsets and behaviours that are currently hampering results
- train on appropriate new skills, tools and strategies
- coach and mentor to embed new skills, mindsets and behaviours
- help smart technical people develop a sales and influence persona
- move beyond current boundaries and grow
